Deposits
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required on booking
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount to be paid on the day of the event
Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled, the deposit will NOT be refunded
If the event is postponed, we will make every effort to offer the booked service on al alternative date
If we are already booked for the new proposed date, the deposit will NOT be refunded
If the event is postponed to the following year, prices may be affected
Transport Costs
In order to calculate transport costs, we will need to have the exact address of the venue where the event will be taking place.
We are based in Calle Entrelagos, La Cala Golf (Mijas Costa), and any events within a 25 km radius are included free of charge.
All distances will be calculated according to Google Maps.
